Reservation:
Your reservation with us becomes official once we send you a written confirmation via email, fax, or mail and after we've received your 30% deposit/Caparra of the total booking cost. For holiday apartment bookings at Sonnleiten Dolomites Residence, it's understood between you, our valued guest, and Sonnleiten K.G.'s management that any payments to Sonnleiten K.G.'s account are recognized as deposit/Caparra.
Cancellation Policy:
Although there's no formal right to cancel under the Consumer Protection Code, we offer these cancellation terms: Cancel up to 30 days before arrival: we retain only the confirmation deposit, which we'll credit towards a future stay. Cancel from 29 days before arrival: we retain only the confirmation deposit. Cancel from 20 days before arrival or for no-shows: you're charged 100% of the total agreed price, minus the deposit already paid. For early departure or late arrival, you're charged 100% of the daily rate for each unused day.
COVID-19 Cancellations:
Should travel become absolutely impossible for you, we'll work together to find a fair solution.
As per Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
